People can use the same tools and get very different results. Not because the framework is wrong.
But because every framework eventually meets human reality.
I see this often. A bit too often.
Places with excellent technical knowledge fail – ecologically, socially, financially, or all – because relationships get strained. Because decision-making becomes stuck.
And I’ve seen way more imperfect plans succeed because people were able to learn, adapt, and move forward together.
• Through the quality of conversations.
• Through our ability to choose when there is no perfect answer.
• How we navigate conflict, uncertainty, competing priorities. And the emotional weight of change.
Frameworks don’t make decisions. People do.
Practices don’t build trust. People do.
