Not every situation needs the same breath.
Sometimes a stronger practice helps.
Sometimes a subtle breath is enough.
The real question comes first:
“What do I actually want to be different?”
When I’m stressed, my world gets smaller. Decisions become reactive. I rush to solve.
When I’m too comfortable with a decision, it often gets smaller too.
One voice takes over. The others go quiet.
Under pressure or too much comfort, we stop listening to the full picture.
What breathwork gives me isn’t answers.
It gives me space.
Space to notice. Space to listen. Space to choose.
Sometimes that comes from a powerful breathing practice. Sometimes from a few slow breath.
A walk without my phone gives me both most of the times.
Either way, the question remains:
What do I actually want to be different?
